Are the guild move times the same as before? They seem to me to be an hour earlier, but that could just be issues with timezones

…is fixed now at 1:06am EST. It was before 1:15am EST. Well… you have to take into account also the daylight saving time… Times in RB seems to be attached to the east coast time, or if you want to say, to NY time… so when they enter into daylight saving time (thus moving their times an hour), times in the city get affected and those who don’t use daylight saving time (or who don’t use it in coordination with US daylight) would really feel the change.
